Xpress Series PTP-3000 High Speed Double Rotary Tablet Press is a Double sided, high-speed Tableting Press. Facilitated with pre-compression system, it incorporates many of the proven features of Panglobal with the latest in machine technology. Xpress Series PTP-3000 is one of the most advance machines of its class in the market today. Improved Sound Reduction, Operator Safety, Cleanliness and Cleanability and operation convenience are some of its key advantages. The machine is extremely reliable, and is offered in four different Turret Configuration (37, 45, 55 and 61 station).

Machine Construction:

• Sound Reduction: Totally Enclosed Tableting Zone and guard covered drive area ensures the reduction in noise by sound isolation.
• Operator Safety: To ensure Safety, all upper guards have been fitted with interlock switches. A large safety stop button also disengages the clutch. Lower guards are fitted with lockable handles and the main isolator may also be locked to prevent unauthorized access to, or operation of the machine.
• Cleanliness and Clean ability: Within the tableting zone there are no painted surfaces and the large cabinet combined with wide counterbalanced upper guards gives excellent access to the area of cleaning purposes. Lower pinch scraper seals (available only in 37 stn and 45 stn) prevent the material from passing through the lower punch guides into the cam tracks. This results in reduced wear and tear and extended tool life. Externally the machine is paint –free & the stainless steel panels on all sides facilitate cleaning operations. A hinged transparent over protects the control panel. 
• Avoiding Dust Hazards: Dust extraction nozzles at compression point are provided as standard and can be attached with centralized suction system or individual dust extractor.
• Feeding of Material: Xpress Series PTP-3000 is fitted with rotary feeders specially designed for high speed operation. Thus, ensuring optimal tablet weight consistency and operational cleanliness. Feeders can be easily removed for cleaning between product changes over due to quick release feeder clamping screws. Effective feeder levelling ensures that the feeder base can be easily set and maintained at the desire height. Resetting of the feeder base is not required even if the feeder is removed for cleaning. The stainless steel hoppers have powder slit for visual checking. 
• Drive Arrangement and Lubrication: The drive is transmitted from the electric motor with variable frequency control to gearbox through timing belt. An electromagnetic clutch is installed to protect the electric motor against high starting torque. Then gear drive turret bearings are continuously pump lubricated. All Pressure pins are lubricated by an automatic intermittent forced feed system and lubrication is provided to the punches heads. All revolving parts are mounted on anti-friction bearings.
• Pressure Loading and Overload Release: The pressure units are self-contained to obviate stress on other parts of the machine. Pressure is applied by means of hydraulic power of the machine. Pressure is applied by means of hydraulic power pack. The overload release is unique in its operation on both upper and lower punches, providing a valuable extra safety guard against overload. Effectively it is the safety valve of the machine. It ensures that any overloading transmitted to the punches is only a small percentage of the total loading.
